Square Deal have been providing renovations and conversions to households around Ireland since 2003. We are a Wexford based building firm set up over 7 years ago. Our initial entry into the market concentrated on residential home owners wanting to extend or modernise their homes be it through an extension, conversion or refurbishment, and in the process help our customers add real value to their homes both in terms of the obvious benefits and quality of life issue one would expect from adding extra floor space to your home from a well thought out and planned extension or conversion, but also real extra value from a monetary point of view.

Over the years we have carried out many types of home improvements for our customers and learned something from each and every building project. We have tweaked and refined our building methods to make it as speedy and stress free as possible, whilst maintaining all current building regulations and standards.
